On Friday November 13th the Museum of Vancouver again invites Vancouverites to explore and celebrate innovation in action. More than thirty designers, stationed throughout the museum’s galleries, discuss their work with you during this special evening. There’s a lot to explore as you navigate a party that’s dense with designers.

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Industrial Designer is responsible for providing creative design solutions in the development of fireplace systems. The successful candidate will create designs which meet aesthetic, cost and delivery targets, whilst producing reliable, manufacturable and serviceable products. This mid-level position is expected to play a major role in the visualization and realization of new product designs in a wide variety of materials including wood, metal, glass, stone and more.
The MAKE+ applied research team of BCIT requires a full-time, temporary, Research Associate to lead the industrial design on projects in the areas of health, consumer and industrial product development.
