As a result of suggestions made last year we will be holding this years AGM in a more social setting rather than in a meeting room. This will allow members to review the necessary business at hand while also enjoy a beverage and some snacks and have a chance to catch up with other members.

The presentation/business portion of the evening will run from 6pm until 7pm and the casual/social portion of the evening will be from 7pm onwards.

AGM Date: Tuesday March 6th
Location: The Alibi Room Located at 157 Alexander Street @ Main in Vancouver’s Gastown district.
